The conference stressed the need to fully comprehend the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important speech and deeply appreciate the Party and the State’s emphasis on private‑economy development and care for private‑sector entrepreneurs. Private enterprises are encouraged to bolster confidence in development, firmly seize development opportunities during the 15th Five‑Year Plan period, make investment and layout in key sectors, and deliver greater achievements and sounder growth. All local authorities and relevant departments shall fully push for the implementation of policies and measures for private‑investment growth, further improve the market environment, refine investment and financing mechanisms, perfect the private‑investment service system, fully unlock private‑investment vitality, steadily drive high‑quality development of private investment, and jointly open new horizons for private‑economy development.
As a benchmark private enterprise in global digital infrastructure, ZDATA was invited to the conference. Kang Nan, Vice President of ZDATA, represented the Group at the Project Roadshow for Attracting Private Investment of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, and gave a key presentation on ZDATA Ulanqab Green Computing Power Center Phase‑I Project, comprehensively demonstrating the project’s core strengths, construction outcomes and industrial value.
► Deeply Rooted in the “Grassland Cloud Valley”, Building a Benchmark for Domestic Zero‑Carbon Computing Power As the core productive force of the digital economy, computing power underpins emerging industries including artificial intelligence, big data and cloud computing, and serves as a core pillar for developing the national integrated computing power network. Endowed with unique climate, geographical location and energy advantages, Ulanqab boasts exceptional innate conditions for growing the green computing‑power industry. ZDATA has invested in and built the Ulanqab Green Computing Power Center Phase‑I Project. Leveraging geographical strengths and natural low‑temperature conditions, the project adopts proven energy‑saving systems, achieving 100% green‑power supply and fully domestic hardware deployment. Meanwhile, the campus is equipped with high‑speed network and Grade‑III Cybersecurity Protection O&M system. The mature technical suite is well‑adapted for large‑model operation. Supported by professional operation teams and a full‑industrial‑chain cooperation ecosystem, the project ensures comprehensive, long‑term and stable operation.
► Rooted in Local Development, Jointly Advancing the Private Economy A sound development ecosystem and superior business environment constitute fertile ground for enterprise growth, as well as critical guarantees for project implementation, quality improvement and efficiency gains. Since project kick‑off, authorities at all levels across Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region have precisely matched project demands and efficiently resolved various bottlenecks arising from project construction and operation. Kang Nan, Vice President of ZDATA, remarked: “This year marks the Quality Improvement Year for Business Environment in Inner Mongolia. The autonomous region has rolled out measures including joint review and approval for major projects and tailored “One‑Enterprise, One‑Policy” support for key private enterprises, delivering substantial support for our project delivery.”
► Empowering Regional Upgrading, Unleashing New Momentum for Local Digital Economy As a key private computing‑power project deployed at the Inner Mongolia hub node, ZDATA Ulanqab Green Computing Power Center Phase‑I effectively fills gaps in high‑end computing‑power supply within Inner Mongolia, and strongly supports the coordinated development of the national integrated computing power network. By drawing clustering of upstream and downstream enterprises in big data and AI sectors, the project creates nearly one hundred high‑end technical posts, establishes a regional demonstration model for zero‑carbon computing power, consolidates Ulanqab’s “Grassland Cloud Valley” brand, facilitates Inner Mongolia to foster a new landscape of green, low‑carbon and innovation‑driven digital‑economy growth, and injects sustained digital momentum into regional high‑quality development.
