Wisdom‑infused Boundlessness, Digital‑powered Global Connectivity | ZDATA Showcases at Global Digital Economy Conference 2026!
At the new starting point marking the kick‑off year of the 15th Five‑Year Plan, the Global Digital Economy Conference 2026 was held at the China National Convention Center from July 2 to 5. Under the theme of “Building Digital‑Friendly Cities — Wisdom‑infused Boundlessness, Digital‑powered Global Connectivity”, the conference is co‑hosted by the People’s Government of Beijing Municipality, the Cyberspace Administration of China, the National Data Administration, Xinhua News Agency, the United Nations Development Programme, the United Nations Industrial Development Organization, the World Data Organization and the Global Digital Economy Cities Alliance. Yin Li, Member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and Secretary of the Beijing Municipal Party Committee, and Fu Hua, President of Xinhua News Agency, delivered addresses. Yin Yong, Deputy Secretary of the Beijing Municipal Party Committee and Mayor of Beijing, presided over the opening ceremony.
As one of the key sub‑forums of the conference, the Forum on Integrated Development and Application of Artificial Intelligence was successfully held in Beijing on July 3. Centered on the theme “AI Empowers Real Economy, Digital Technology Creates the Future”, the forum gathered leading industry enterprises, top research experts, as well as government and enterprise representatives to jointly explore pathways for the industrial implementation of AI. At the forum, Beijing released typical AI industry cases covering 11 major sectors, including intelligent manufacturing, smart healthcare, autonomous driving, embodied intelligence and smart education, comprehensively demonstrating achievements in AI integrated development across all domains. The practice of intelligent computing application based on high‑performance storage and green low‑carbon technologies, submitted by ZDATA, has been successfully selected into the Typical Cases of AI‑Empowered Scenario Applications, Global Digital Economy Conference 2026!
Located in Miyun District, Beijing, this intelligent computing project deploys large‑scale high‑performance computing server clusters, featuring ultra‑large storage capacity and high‑speed network with ultra‑low latency. It can meet the stringent requirements for storage performance, data throughput and computing power stability demanded by training and inference of large‑scale AI models. By deploying high‑performance cache and large‑capacity tiered storage architecture, coupled with high‑bandwidth and low‑latency network interconnection solutions, the project effectively supports core requirements such as random read‑write of massive small‑sized files, large‑scale parallel data loading, and high‑speed access of model parameters, ensuring stable and smooth system operation. Meanwhile, liquid cooling technology is adopted to lower PUE for green and low‑carbon operation. In addition, the system enables cascaded energy utilization in coordination with building heating, delivering an integrated operation guarantee solution with high performance, high reliability, energy‑saving and low‑carbon features for AI intelligent computing scenarios.
The year 2026 marks a new inflection point for the artificial intelligence industry. As a new‑generation technological paradigm, AI Agents are reshaping the industrial landscape. Gradually evolving into digital infrastructure embedded in enterprise workflows, AI has become deployable, deliverable, metering‑enabled and commercializable productive force. As a world‑leading digital infrastructure service provider, ZDATA will take this conference as a fresh starting point, seize strategic opportunities for digital‑economy development under the 15th Five‑Year Plan. Drawing on technical accumulation and operational experience from the Miyun Intelligent Computing Project, ZDATA will deeply engage in Beijing’s construction of digital‑friendly cities, continuously scale up investment in AI computing‑power infrastructure, empower innovation across the full industrial chain with a green and efficient intelligent computing foundation, support Beijing in building a global hub for the artificial intelligence industry, and contribute ZDATA’s strength to the high‑quality development of the national digital economy.
