DCIC2025 Conference! ZDATA Zhangjiakou Mingwei Jingxi Data Center (Phase I) Project Application Technology Selected for "2025 High-Quality Development Enterprise Cases in Computing Power Infrastructure"
On April 23, the DCIC2025 14th Data Center Industry Development Conference was held in Beijing. Focusing on the latest trends in the computing power industry, this year’s conference, themed "Building the Foundation of Intelligent Computing Power, Safeguarding the Industrial Ecosystem," brought together global experts, scholars, and entrepreneurs from the information and communications industry and the computing power supply chain to explore the future of computing power innovation and trusted data space technologies and applications.

Among numerous submitted projects, ZDATA’s "Cold Plate Liquid Cooling and Heat Recovery Application Technology at ZDATA Zhangjiakou Mingwei Jingxi Data Center (Phase I)" was selected for the "2025 High-Quality Development Enterprise Cases in Computing Power Infrastructure." This recognition highlights the industry’s acknowledgment of ZDATA’s technological innovation and industrial empowerment capabilities, marking a solid step forward in advancing the construction of next-generation computing power infrastructure.

Innovation in Cold Plate Liquid Cooling Technology
This technology successfully addresses the cooling challenges of high-power servers by utilizing high-temperature chilled water, enabling near-year-round natural cooling. It improves the utilization of natural cooling sources and system energy efficiency while integrating water system heat recovery, elevating comprehensive energy utilization to new heights.
Heat Recovery Evaporative Cooling Fluorine Pump Air Conditioning Technology
By incorporating heat recovery and evaporative cooling technologies into prefabricated fluorine pump air conditioning units, waste heat can be directly recovered from the server room’s hot aisles during winter while ensuring cooling supply. This approach breaks away from traditional heat recovery models limited to large-scale water systems. The recovered heat is repurposed for building or equipment heating, transforming waste into value and enhancing energy efficiency.
Containerized Diesel Generator Set Composite Heating and Insulation Technology
Building on the existing waste heat from diesel generator set cylinder cooling systems, plate heat exchangers are added to transfer heat between recovered hot water and engine cylinder coolant, enabling cyclic heating of the coolant. The parallel operation of hot water and electric heating systems prioritizes heat recovery over high-grade electricity consumption.

At the launch ceremony of the "IDC Customer Data Security Protection Initiative," Kang Nan, Vice President of ZDATA, joined industry leaders in issuing a joint call to action. During the high-level dialogue session, Kang Nan emphasized that ensuring data security and privacy protection in AI computing centers requires coordinated efforts across technology, management, and governance. With the rapid adoption and development of domestic AI large models, ZDATA’s nationwide intelligent computing parks adhere to information network security classification requirements, establishing a dual-protection framework of "compliance defense + autonomous security." For computing power infrastructure, the company employs layered defense as the backbone, technological innovation as the engine, and compliance management as the foundation. Through core strategies such as trusted intrinsic security, dynamic resource scheduling, and full lifecycle monitoring, ZDATA achieves synergistic improvements in security and computing efficiency.
Moving forward, ZDATA will continue to deepen its expertise in core computing infrastructure technologies, accelerate green and low-carbon innovation, and collaborate with industry partners to drive the integration of intelligent computing power with industrial applications, empowering high-quality development of the digital economy!
