ZDATA Group Honored with the Dual Honors of 2022 National New Data Center and National Green Data Center
Recently, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology released the list of "Typical Cases of National New Data Centers in 2022." Simultaneously, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Commerce, the State Administration of Government Affairs, the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission, and the National Energy Administration jointly announced the list of "National Green Data Centers in 2022."
The "ZDATA Green Big Data Industrial Base," constructed and invested by ZDATA Group, has been honored with dual distinctions in 2022, being recognized as a national new data center and a national green data center. This achievement underscores the group's position as a vanguard supporting economic and social digital transformation, intelligent upgrading, and integrated innovation.
Green and Low-Carbon, Safe and Reliable
As a crucial component of digital infrastructure, data centers must align with the development requirements of green, low-carbon, and energy-efficient environmental standards. In the construction and operation of data centers, ZDATA Group actively researches and develops highly efficient and energy-saving technologies, such as magnetic levitation phase-change cooling technology, liquid cooling technology, and systems for recovering waste heat and recycled water. The group continually strengthens low-carbon management at the energy consumption end, focusing on advancing data centers toward sustainable development.
With the first self-built and operational 220kV substation in the domestic Internet Data Center (IDC) industry, the group relies on new models and formats like multi-energy complementarity and integrated source-grid-load-storage. It comprehensively increases the proportion of clean energy, developing a new power system that integrates "new energy + energy storage." This initiative releases more space for carbon reduction.
Innovation-Driven, Industrial Upgrading
ZDATA Group integrates digital twin technology and AI algorithm models deeply into the DCOM management system. It adopts an industry-leading centralized control approach for centralized and unified management, ensuring that the operation and management of the data center network are always in a globally optimized intelligent mode.
Simultaneously, the group collaborates with Seagate Technology to establish the East-Number-West-Calculate Low-Carbon Storage Technology Research and Development Center. It also works with the Yanggao government to jointly promote the landing of the Intelligent Manufacturing Industry Park project. This initiative aims to construct a large-scale industrial cluster with the core of powerful computing algorithms, data application services, R&D and intelligent manufacturing of liquid-cooled servers, and the construction of a big data center.
Overall Coordination, Balanced Order
Under the guidance of the national "East-Number-West-Calculate" strategy, ZDATA Group continuously optimizes and improves its industrial layout. It has currently planned and launched data centers in national hub nodes such as Zhangjiakou, Ulanqab, and Shaoguan. Meanwhile, with core cities leading in computing power like Beijing, Langfang, Tianjin, and Datong, it has formed a distinctive multi-node coordinated development advantage characteristic of ZDATA Group.
The inclusion of ZDATA Group in the Datong data cluster is an essential part of the group's strategic layout in the national computing power hub nodes. It also establishes a crucial physical foundation for meeting the industrial needs of the Jing-Jin-Ji digital economy and serving the overall development of the big data industry in North China.
Guided by the development of the times, national policies, and market demand, ZDATA Group, as the "main force" in the digital industry field, will continually focus on "greenization" and "intelligentization." It will polish its products and services, drive cooperation with upstream and downstream partners in the industry chain, play the role of a proficient "overall fighter" and a capable "combination punch" practitioner in the digital era. The group aims to construct a high-level, high-standard new infrastructure system, injecting a continuous stream of new dynamics into the high-quality development of the digital economy.

Regulations on the Security Protection of Key Information Infrastructure; Implemented Today! ZDATA Constructs Infrastructure Security Barrier
The "Regulations on the Security Protection of Critical Information Infrastructure" (referred to as the "Regulations") is the first administrative regulation in China specifically for the security protection of key information technology facilities. It provides detailed provisions on critical issues such as the scope definition, authorization recognition, and responsibility mechanism for critical information infrastructure. The Regulations serve as a refinement and implementation of relevant sections of the previously released "Cyber Security Law" and represent a significant milestone in the country's efforts to safeguard network security and information security.
